The Student Loan...
Problem has reached epidemic proportions to over $1.3 trillion. Over 45 million Americas have student loan debt and the average graduate is walking away from school owing more than $33,000. What’s worse is the problem continues to grow as tuition skyrockets.
When College Debt Services founder Christian Prosser, graduated with 2 Master degrees, for a combined student loan debt of over $120,000. There was no one there to make sense of his loans.
He created a way to help federal student loan borrowers who are NOT currently working in the public service field. Through researching government programs he found a way to reduce their repayment terms from 25 years to 10 years or 120 payments.
Program...
He found a 10 year Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, which after making120 payments the remaining balance is forgiven income tax free. But there were two problems he didn’t work in the public service field and was already working 40 hours a week.
Charity...
Christian was able to identify charitable organizations that host project opportunities and provide eligibility for the 10 year Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Even if borrowers are currently working a full time job, the network of charities we represent will make accommodations to fit around their busy lifestyle to meet the requirements.
A Plan...
College Debt Services plan is to provide eligibility for federal student loan borrower’s that do NOT work within the public service industry, qualify for the 10 year loan forgiveness program.
